Hello. I told my teacher about not finding any locks in the design center and he said that they are there but you have to know the path directory which is :

–> Program Files
–> Auto Desk
–> Auto Cad 2020 (or whatever version you have)
–> Sample
–> en-us
–> Design Center
and then you find all the basic blocks that they have
