Cool, I’m pleased we could help 😀

Don’t forget that Scan2CAD is also compatible for macOS.

Sketchup DOES have numerous plugin’s, one iin particular I could not find for Solidworks. But for usability and sheer variety of design tools, solidworks blows sketchup away. use sketchup for projects without any time constraints

I’m pretty sure they’re not discontinuing MacOS support. They’re just ending the free plan at this date.

You can run Windows software on a Mac using something like Parallels but I don’t think that you’ll need to do this.

I’m considering using Draftsight on a Mac, but their website FAQ page says the beta version will stop working 12/31/2019. Do you know if they will have any of the versions available for Macs after 12/31? Or will I be able to run the Windows version on a Mac somehow? I have a fair amount of familiarity with Autocad, and am looking for something a bit less expensive for small projects I’m doing on my own.
